We offer our properties to those travelling for business, contractors and professionals in need of short term accommodation. Our properties are rented in their entirety, so you can make yourself a home from home.
Our properties are comfortable, fully furnished with a modern design and in great locations. Many of them are located just a stone’s throw away from central Southsea and Portsmouth seafront.
Short Term Accommodation Rental
We can offer your great rates for your stay. Whether it is just for a few nights or longer we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Many of our properties have more than one bedroom and they all have a good size living space. So whether you are going solo, part of a working party or just want to have your friends or family to visit, we have options for you. Our properties range from cosy 1 beds through to large 3 double bed apartments.
Furnishing
Our properties are fully furnished. They come with a fully equipped kitchen encompassing a fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living spaces are contemporary and all have a comfy sofa, Smart TV, Echo Dot and free WiFi access. There are also dining tables where you can eat a meal and a desk space available for home working. All our bedrooms have a double or single bed with a wardrobe and a set of drawers or bedside table. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Bills Included
Unlike a traditional, single let rental where you’d be expected to pay the bills on top. All of the bills are included in your agreed rental price: including electricity, gas, council tax, WiFi and TV. We can also offer full cleaning services and parking permits as an additional cost.
Contact us for best rates and availability, we offer great discounts depending on the duration of your booking. As an example one of our 3 bed apartments is available from £1,500 per month – a significant discount to our usual Airbnb rates.
